Our executive chef and proprietor, Lou Seger, prides himself on innovative northern Italian food specialties, classic renditions and perfectly paired entrees.
Prepared from a combination of the finest out-of-the ordinary farm fresh ingredients delivered every day from LuNello Farm in Sussex County, and other local organic ingredients from Morgan’s Farm in our hometown of Cedar Grove, only minutes away. Chef Lou’s signature seafood dishes, feature fresh fish flown in daily from all over the world, from the Mediterranean to Hawaii.
